Terms & conditions

An order is confirmed once payment reflects. Because every piece is cut to your specification, we don't start until it does — that protects both of us.

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

Colours, sizes and embroidery text are made exactly as you enter them at checkout. Please check your spelling — an embroidered name is stitched, not printed, and can't be undone.

Fabric batches vary slightly. Screens vary more. A colour may read a shade different in person; that isn't a fault.

Ready-to-ship items go out the next Monday. Made-to-order takes about three weeks. A mixed order ships together once everything is finished, unless you ask us to split it.

The workshop is closed on Fridays — no dispatch or collections that day.

You can change or cancel a made-to-order piece within 24 hours of ordering, as long as we haven't cut. Once fabric is cut, the order stands.

Returns are covered on the delivery & returns page. In short: faults are ours to fix, fly masks are final sale for hygiene reasons, and custom work can't be returned for a change of mind.

Wash cool, no fabric softener, no tumble drier. Damage from hot washing, incorrect fitting or a horse that has decided to eat its own numnah isn't covered.
