Getting it to you
Delivery & returns
Delivery is worked out at checkout once we have your address — we won't quote a number here that disagrees with your invoice.
Door delivery
Courier straight to your yard, home or office anywhere in South Africa. Two to four working days once your order leaves the workshop, a little longer to outlying areas and farms.
Locker (PUDO)
Collect from a locker whenever it suits you. You'll get a code by SMS. Locker size depends on how your order packs — bulky blankets don't fit the small boxes.
Collect from Maxine
Free. We'll message you the moment your order is off the machine and arrange a time. Remember the workshop is closed on Fridays.
Turnaround before dispatch
Ready-to-ship items leave on the next Monday. Made-to-order takes about three weeks. If your order mixes the two, it ships together once the slowest piece is finished — we'll tell you that plainly in the cart rather than surprising you later.
Returns
If it's our fault — a seam, binding or fitting problem — message us within 14 days of delivery. We'll repair or remake it and cover the courier both ways.
Fly masks can't be returned. For hygiene reasons they're final sale once they've left the workshop, unless the fault is ours.
Custom work — your colours, your sizes, your embroidery — can't be returned for a change of mind. That's why the sizing guides are worth the two minutes.
Unused ready-to-ship stock can go back within 14 days in its original condition. Return courier is on you.
Something arrived damaged?
Photograph the parcel and the piece before you do anything else, then send it through. We sort it out — we don't argue about it.
